At Grub Door, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you face an issue with your order, we will review and resolve it as fairly as possible.
A refund may be issued if:
The order is missing items.
The order is incorrect (wrong items delivered).
The order is damaged or not consumable.
The order was not delivered.
Change of mind after order confirmation.
Customer not available at the delivery address.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or reasons beyond our control.
Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery through the app or customer support.
Refunds may be full or partial depending on the case.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or wallet balance inside the app, if available).
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
