At Grub Door, we understand that sometimes customers need to cancel their orders. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. When Can You Cancel?

  • Orders can be canceled before the merchant starts preparing the order.

  • Orders that are already being prepared or out for delivery cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel

  • Use the Cancel Order button in the app within the allowed time frame.

  • You may also contact customer support for assistance.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation is accepted, you may receive a full or partial refund depending on the payment method and timing.

  • Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

4. Non-Cancellable Situations

  • Orders that are already prepared or picked up by the driver.

  • Orders during high demand periods where preparation starts immediately.
