At Grub Door, we understand that sometimes customers need to cancel their orders. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
Orders can be canceled before the merchant starts preparing the order.
Orders that are already being prepared or out for delivery cannot be canceled.
Use the Cancel Order button in the app within the allowed time frame.
You may also contact customer support for assistance.
If your cancellation is accepted, you may receive a full or partial refund depending on the payment method and timing.
Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Orders that are already prepared or picked up by the driver.
Orders during high demand periods where preparation starts immediately.
